I saw him last night at The Darkroom in Chicago. It was a great set and he was very gracious to the fans and spent a few minutes with anyone who wanted to say hi. He even took the pictures himself when my friend was too far away to get a good pic. Way cool.
The first time I met Layne, we went to a gay pride parade. We smoked at an after party in the park with a coworker of mine, where we were pretty much the only white people. We had sushi for dinner (I ordered for him) and afterwards watched Talk Sex With Sue Johansen at my place.
